For school leavers and for job seekers, our Academy offers hands-on, practical courses over three to five days.

Hosted by businesses, the Hand Picked Academy is unique because employers talk to you directly about the business world and recruitment in a real live setting.

We cover job search, CV writing, cover letters, interview skills and the expectations of employers.  We set challenges to build knowledge of the workplace and most importantly, we instil confidence which comes from breaking down the barriers between you and employers.
