If you are aged between 16-24, currently not working and actively seeking a job, Hand Picked can help you access opportunities to get into paid work.

We will give you practical advice to support you in your job search.

This includes, one to one mentoring, the opportunity to attend a short course at the Hand Picked Academy or an online workshop.

We will show you how to stand out from the crowd the next time you apply for a job. You'll learn how to build on your strengths and ensure you can demonstrate your skills and attributes at your next interview.

Through our network of employers, we also aim to build your work experience through a fixed-term, paid job with a local company. Along with your employer, we will mentor you throughout, giving you the confidence and support you need to be successful in your future career.
